Keep the atu2 at the top of the page, and the same color scheme. But sometimes it's necessary to adjust a little to allow for ease of use, and I think blogs are a good spot for that. You can even take it down to 2 columns- that would still look the same but allow for the "recent posts" to have room. I personally think it’s fine to change the blog. I think the right column can be killed off (here on the blog only), which would allow the left column with the navigation to spread wider -- and also allow the main content column to be wider, as well. I might ditch all the links to each section of @U2 (lyrics, pix, etc.) and just have one link back to the home page ... we'll see.
