Thank you to EVERYONE who came out to support our sold-out event at the San Diego Hard Rock Cafe! We were able to raise $3500 with your help in support of the African Well Fund’s “Build a Well for Bono’s Birthday campaign.”

Your generosity will allow for at least 2 wells to be built in neighborhoods where clean water is not available. Your support of our event will help thousands of people with the gift of clean water. What a great way for fans to celebrate the start of a tour, Bono’s upcoming birthday, and our 10th Anniversary of @U2 being on the web!

If you were unable to join us at the party - don’t fear! Show up outside of the Tower Records across the street from the iPayOne Center off of Pacific Highway starting at 3:00 - The Joshua Tree will be performing from the back of a flat-bed trailer from 3:00 - 7:00 (sponsored by 91X - local San Diego radio station).

Special thanks go out to The Joshua Tree for donating their services - and for playing for close to 3 solid hours! Thanks also to Julie Cook and the rest of the African Well Fund volunteers.
