Thanks for the great report. I was one of those fans in line since 2pm that day. It was a long wait but definitely worth it. Nothing like hearing Bono sing the Hokey Pokey!

Wish that I had a chance to get closer to the ellipse once everyone moved to the floor but still an experience never to be forgotten. How many people get a chance to be part of a U2 video?!! Can’t wait to see City of Blinding Lights on Much and MTV…

Kelly - I realized the error of my ways re: Centipede at about 8:00 this morning as I was dragging myself out of bed to line up for GA. Sleep deprivation + large doses of Mr. Mullen, Jr. makes me slightly lose my mind.

I hear you on the wristband fiasco. My flight didn’t get in until 3 and I went straight to the shoot. I felt bad for the people that were waiting in line for a long time because I know it would have been me if I were in the city earlier.

It seemed very random once inside.

Terrific report–thanks! Loved the Pop Idol moments and am trying to wrap my mind around the “Hokey Pokey” segment of the show.
