It would be great to see the band put out an album that is confident itself without as much thought to it being the most popular album of the year or say winning a grammy. I loved the triumph that ALYCLB in particular was but I want them back. I really became a big fan after Pop when (although Bono will never admit it) they basically gave pop music the finger. REM and Springsteen just do their own thing at this point and still have huge fan bases but are not chasing after the top. All that said I just want a new album please, please....
