The Press Association released this blurb today about an Irish-based U2 tribute band singer planning to take his own act on the road the next time the band does.

If you don’t know, BalconyTV.Com is a daily internet show broadcasting exclusively from a balcony on Dublins, Dame Street and literally 30 seconds from U2s Clarence Hotel.
The website was created by three Dublin flatmates who wanted to get better use of their balcony. To date BalconyTV has featured names such as Paddy Casey, Paul Brady, Eleanor McEvoy, Declan O’ Rourke, Ash, Dustin The Turkey etc.

That guy is stupid and sounds bad.
U2 are the best Irish band! Saw them play Slane Castle twice and in Croke Park aswell! All 3 concerts were unreal! Playing to a sold out Irish crowds, U2 preformed to their highest standard! Whats better than hearing a crowd sing back the lyrics of Pride on a summers evening!?! Ledgends! Please play ireland in 09!
I hope they finish the album soon, so that they can go on tour! And if they don’t come to Norway- I’ll go out of my mind!
