Oh, Sod It!

The Charlotte Observer is reporting that the U2 concert at Carter-Finlay Stadium in Raleigh, North Carolina, was quite a money maker for NC State, earning over $641,000 for the college. Live Nation also paid $250,000 into an escrow account to offer resodding of the football field. Any funds left over after spring 2010 must be repaid to Live Nation.
