Scattered Thoughts: Awesome

Earlier this week, Bono introduced Japanese architect Tadao Ando at a lecture in Dublin. Some YouTube video from the audience at that event is popping up. This brief video clip of Bono’s speech contains a choice quote in which Bono is describing how “awesome” Ando is.

“Awesome is one of those words that Americans have ruined on us.” —Bono

Awww, thanks B. I’m not saying you’re wrong, but still, that’s awesome of you to mention. Can’t wait for your awesome speech this Thursday!

    Well, the man changes his haircolor like (hopefully) his underwear.
    At the ATU premiere in London his hair was darkish again. I’m sure he’ll be showing up with a whole different hair colour in Philadelphia tonight. The man is vain.
    Anyway, I take B in any colour, form or shape. He is beautiful inside and out.
