Scattered Thoughts: Use Your Imagination

So, when I saw our man on the beach with the beautiful ladies last week, I have to admit, my first reaction was to laugh. I thought “Heh, that ought to get him some attention.”

Wow, yeah, I guess it did. It took about two articles worth of celebri- bullsh*t – gossip for me to not think it was funny anymore. I was nauseated. I will leave it at that, and suggest that you read this oldie but goodie which has some quite interesting quotes in the middle and end of the interview regarding gossip and respect.

Not for nothing, but …for the next photo-op on the beach, may we suggest just sending the Mullen Jr. out onto the beach in his board shorts?

This is my favorite photo from last week in France:

DJs

Mr. B playing DJ with Mr. Stipe. Who knows what they are listening to? 30 to 40 new U2 songs on those CDs? Perhaps (not). Whatever. Just use your imagination. It seems to be the thing to do.

Nausea is a good word for it. Having been married awhile (and not to a rock star, although sometimes he thinks he is!) I have nothing but admiration for Ali (and Bono too) for sticking it out and making it work. Imagine how their relationship has changed over the years!

Oh, and thanks for the mental image of LMJr. in board shorts!

Bono is old fashioned..where’s his U2 ipod!

Bono’s iPod must be where mine is – with its battery life next to dead (when it’s fully charged) and losing its ability to retain the purchased music on it. No – I’m not bitter at the way the original U2 iPod has held up under normal use. (sigh).

As for Larry in board shorts – at least she didn’t mention a speedo somewhere. =)

    Bono wouldn’t that to Ali!

Actually, I believe it could be the 30 to 40 songs. Doens’t Bono share any music they’re doing in the studio or where ever they did their work with Ali?
