Its not resolved – its after 9am, presale opened several hours ago and they have not been able to give me a code. Same message as above. Been calling for the last two days… lucky I had a phone number.

Well, my code was OK at first, but then turned to red “already used” on U2.com sometime in the last couple days…. tonight’s presale email says it’s been used as well. But I haven’t used it. Apparently they’re still having problems.

I renewed a couple of weeks ago, my presale code vanished the day before tickets when on presale. I contacted U2.com–they fixed it that morning AND sent me an email reply. I logged in at 3 p.m, and had my GA tix for 2 different shows by 3:08 p.m. Thanks U2. I will be a fan forever!

I didn’t seem to have any issues with seeing my pre-sale code before yesterday. Weird… I’m glad it was resolved and hopefully everyone got the tickets they were hoping to get.
