VIDEO: Bono’s message to 9-year-old boy with rare disease
According to the comments on the YouTube video, Mateo Lentini is a 9-year-old in Buenos Aires who has a rare skin disease that maybe only three other people in the world have. He’s blind and unable to be exposed to sunlight, according to one commenter.
“I’m going to be knocking on God’s door, saying, ‘You look after Mateo.’ I hope you feel my arms around you, and if you do, they are the arms of God, too.”
Amen.

I adore Bono’s voice and U2′s music, but this one minute and 27 seconds shows why I love Bono. His compassion and commitment to help those in need are an inspiration to all of us. He is a human being with a big heart first and a rock star second. I believe he has his priorities straight.
That’I love U2 and Bono is awsome man we love you Bono and U2 and also should pray for Mateo our thougs and prays.Robin Holland age 26 Hoyt Lakes,Minnesota.
Great comment StrongGirl, I couldn’t have chosen better words *-*
This video message to a young boy with a compromised health condition beautifully demonstrates the heart and soul of Bono the man. Despite his fame and fortune, Bono is unafraid to express the depth of many human emotions and convictions and is really a voice for many who perhaps can not speak what is in their hearts. I believe him to be genuine and a loving, good soul.
Bono is great man who have’s a big heart keep in mind of mateo prayers we love you. Robin Holland 26 Hoyt lakes,Minnesota
