This is just too cool. A U2 fan who goes by the name “Hitoz” and is a regular in the U2Achtung.com forums (a French fan site) has just finished what he calls the “Baby Claw.”
The project began in April 2010 and was completed earlier this month. According to U2Achtung.com, Hitoz spent more than 300 hours (!) working on the replica of U2′s tour stage. It has 103 LEDs and 20 meters of electric wiring, which you can see in action toward the end of the video below.
Huge props to Hitoz — this thing is great!

can someone upp a version without sound? cuz he obviously used a U2 song and of course, Germany cannot watch the vid.
Wow! That should be in a museum. That first song made me feel nostalgic; I remember hearing that while standing in the inner circle waiting for the show to start. And I hate to point this out, but the Claw’s skin is/was actually green. But that’s not a big deal, since the rest of it looks perfect!
