(They definitely weren't GA or else they must have thought they were the luckiest ever! First in line and it's 5:00pm?!) ---We might be biased because a lot of us are much more obsessed than any casual fan/concert goer...I could see how they could possibly miss Bono's back surgery because strangely enough it was hardly in the mainstream news, but you'd think they would have been interested enough in the tour to see how it's going before it got to their show...then they would have figured out it was postponed! I would feel more sympathy from the poor people who flew in from Venezuela! That change was a bit last minute if I remember right.(Maybe I'm not..) Last September when U2 had to move the date one of it's shows at Giants stadium in NJ to a few days later there were a few fans that showed up a day after the concert because they had not heard of the date change. There was even this one couple from Venezuela that had bought expensive tickets through an agency and had not heard the news. As you would imagine, they were very upset!! I can believe it. Have they been living in a hole the past month? I know not everyone is as connected to the Internet, but if I was traveling that far to see a show, I'd check to make sure it was actually going to happen before I set out on the road!
