VIDEO: Here It Is … All 15 Minutes of Bono Singing in Timbuktu
As we posted on the main site, Bono performed a couple weeks ago at the Desert Festival in Timbuktu, Mali. We posted several short versions of his 15-minute appearance with Tinariwen … and now the full 15-minute performance has been posted on YouTube.
Enjoy! (And don’t miss the final minute, where it really sounds like yer man is called out as “Bono from YouTube!”)

Well funky!
Sounds like a great way for Bono to ruin his voice…so much shouting.
Still, being in this kind of environment is good for him and his creative juices.
Bono
I grew up loving your early lyrics that were focused on a godly message.
Pls return to your Christian roots in your lyrics, have u ever heard of the band Leeland? These guys know how to proclaim what matters in this world, His words shall stand forever.
