Bill Carter Appearance in Tucson This Thursday
Bill Carter will appear “in conversation” Thursday at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Tucson with musician Howe Gelb.
Gelb has previously worked with Cat Power, Paula Jean Brown of the Go-Gos, Grandaddy and more. At the event, Carter will screen his documentary about Gelb, which focuses on his unique creative process.
Tickets are free to MOCA members; $5 for non-members.
The location is 149 North Stone Avenue, downtown Tucson next to the Main Library. MOCA members may reserve seats for educational events by phone, 520.624.5019. Tickets for non-members are available at the door on a first come, first served basis.
