Rock Hall Closes the Annex
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame announced yesterday that their New York City Annex will close in a few weeks from now on January 3.
BBC News is reporting that the Rock Hall is “exploring opportunities for a travelling tour that would bring the collection of displays to music fans and rock enthusiasts around the world.”

Say it ain’t so! I was just there in October for the John Lennon exhibit.
I hope the traveling version will make its way to the West Coast.
Oh no! I can’t believe it. I thought it was a great place and I was so happy to have a branch here in NYC. I saw the Clash exhibit and it was fantastic. I was also surprised at how much memorabilia that Cleveland did give this Annex. It really is a shame. I am very sorry to see it go. It is a loss for NYC for sure.
