Singer … humanitarian … activist … snack?
Found these “Bono” cookies on Flickr and had to ask our friend Leticia about them. She says:
“This is a kind of cookie/biscuit and they’re good ones, hehe. Very popular in Brazil. I do not know if Nestle sell it in other countries. I just know the name is just a mere coincidence with Bono and they begun to sell it 10-15 years ago.”

I’ve been to Brazil, visting a high school friend who worked and lived down there in November 2004. These Nestle snacks are huge everywhere, yet never saw this BONO treat.
I don’t know if I would buy and eat these. They might be tainted w/ politics-
I wounder if they taste as good as the real thing!
