Spider-Man TV Commercials Hitting NYC Airwaves (with new U2 music?)
The publicity blitz surrounding Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark has been impressive: several media interviews involving Bono, Edge, and director Julie Taymor; features in Vogue, The New York Times, Chicago Magazine, and several others. A segment on tonight’s installment of 60 Minutes. A partnership with the SyFy network.
And, according to the NY Times, a pair of TV commercials that will start airing on New York-area cable and broadcast TV stations tomorrow (Monday).
Both commercials are embedded below. What’s probably most interesting is the second one below — is that a new U2 song from the production that’s being used in the commercial? Sounds possible.
