Nevermind the Taylor Swift concert happening at the Quicken Loans arena nearby … we think Cleveland is “U2 town” at the moment with more than 100 fans in town for the U2 Conference. It formally starts tomorrow (Friday), but we had a blast tonight at the pre-conference party.
