One of the defining moments in U2’s history and, perhaps even more importantly, one of the reasons Larry rarely smiles anymore… someone topped his Bart Simpson ‘do with bunny ears. He wouldn’t so much as crack a grin for another five years, when The Fly started forming the alphabet with his microphone stand.

And Tin Foil Knight’s caption only added to the glory.

Great as usual. I just wonder who of the other three actually done it.

    Maybe it was Eno.

The whole business with ‘Streets’ was just too much for him.

it was edge, i’m afraid. and no good reason for it, too — edge always abuses larry.

Have just seen U2 perform a live acoustic set to 600 people in a church chapel in Islington in support of Jo Whiley’s MENCAP Little Noise gigs.

    NO SHIT!

Outrageous set which included a song that never made it Joshua Tree!

I think Adam did it. Larry’s had his share of picking on Adam in their early days, this is the payback.

Nah,it was Bono.Yeah,he got pissed off that Antoin chose Larry for the front and made him stay from profile.”Damn you Antoin, this profile makes my cute little nose look big!” :D Looking forward to more of your cartoons,Ian! :)

It’s Adam. He’s got a slight smirk on his face. Either that or he told Edge to do it.

I rarely listen to your band but I do love the Joshua Tree. I dreamnt about Adam Clayton, the guitarist. I was by a ski resort in Michigan and he just walked up and said I’m with the band U2 and asked me out??? Strange - I had to go on your website to look at the pictures to see who visitied me in my dream. That was awesome. As I am writing this, one of your songs just came on the radio- Nothing else compares something, something.

Did you have a dream about being by a ski resort - in a chalet - in Michigan and meeting anyone? Had to ask. It seemed to real.

This isn’t the real band, just a site run and visited by the biggest U2 fans ever.
